If you choose Paypal as your payment method, then after you have clicked the “Place your Order” button at the end of the checkout process, you will be redirected to the Paypal page where you can log in and pay with your Paypal account. If you don’t have a Paypal account and wish to pay by Credit Card simply look for the ” Don’t have a PayPal account? ” link on the Paypal page you are redirected to after you confirm your order.
We process your Visa, American Express or Mastercard through our Eway Secure Credit Card Payment gateway. We don’t store any of your credit card details in our database, once you have provided them on our payment page and your order is placed, your details are sent to Eway to be processed in the background. All your details are then deleted by our system. You stay on our website and are directed to our our order confirmation page.
Please note that if your order status is pending (ie. you haven’t finalized your order payment) for longer than 48 hours we will send you a courtesy email asking if you have changed your mind and would like your order cancelled. If there is still no response 48 hours after the courtesy email we may automatically cancel your order.
