Refunds and Returns

General Information

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS, if you wish to return your item the following conditions apply, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 10 days of receipt of purchase. If received back after 10 days but before 30 days we will only exchange or issue a credit (which ever you prefer and excluding original shipping costs). Any items received after 30 days will be sent straight back, no questions asked. The returned item(s) must be in pristine original condition, with all labels and tags still attached, boxed (if a boxed item), unworn, unwashed, not used, not altered, soiled or damaged, including scissor cuts. They must not smell of perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order. For hygienic reasons cosmetics, makeup, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned. Returned items not satisfying the above criteria will be automatically sent back to the customer and Enhance U staff reserve the right to reject a returned item. Returns are usually processed within 3 working days of receiving your items. You will receive an email with details of the store credit code which you can use at checkout. Online Returns must be returned to ENHANCE U RETURNS, SHOP 9 MERIMBULA PLAZA, MERIMBULA NSW 2548. For exchanges we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock, if this occurs we will issue you with an online credit.   Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will receive an email with details of the store credit.

Full priced items

STRICTLY NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.

Taking care with your purchase

On receipt of your item, try it on as soon as possible.  Please try on garments gently, clothing can be easily damaged so be please be careful trying it on and taking it off. Clothing with rips, tears or marks will not be accepted for credit or exchange.

Please try on shoes on a carpeted surface prior to wearing to ensure no damage occurs to the soles.  Shoes showing signs of wear, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.

Enhance U does not sell used products.  Your items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached.  If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but is not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags. Please take care to protect your return when posting.

Who pays for my return ?

We are unable to offer a free service so these must be returned at your own cost unless your item is damaged or faulty.
